Two people buy the same Claude subscription on the same day.
The first types “give me some marketing ideas” and gets ten ideas anyone could have written. They try a few more Google-shaped questions, decide AI is overhyped, and stop reaching for it.
The second is running half their job through it inside a month, and tells anyone who’ll listen it’s the best hire they’ve made in years.
Same tool. Same price. The whole difference is knowing what the thing actually is and how to talk to it — and none of that is obvious from the chat box.
Harvard’s adoption data puts daily AI use at about 15%, flat for nearly a year. Sixty percent have tried it. Half touched it this week. Only fifteen in a hundred use it every day, and those are the people pulling away. That gap isn’t about access — everyone reading this can buy the same subscription. It’s about knowing what to do with it.
This training closes that gap in one sitting.
Same request. Two prompts.
Write a post promoting our new one-hour response guarantee for LinkedIn.
You're an expert B2B copywriter. Write a 250-word LinkedIn post announcing our MSP's new one-hour response guarantee — details are in the attached brochure and at [our site]. Audience is CFOs. Emphasise it's free for every customer and include a quote from our CEO, [name]. Short paragraphs, deliver it as a Word doc, end with "Book a call with sales." Match the voice of these three posts: [links]. Ask me any questions you have before you start.
Same request. The first one makes Claude guess at everything — who it's for, how long, what good looks like. The second gets a usable draft on the first try, and Claude asks about the two things it genuinely can't know.
What you'll cover

Next-token prediction in plain English, why it's confidently wrong sometimes, and the one-line habit that cuts hallucinations.
The prompt anatomy
Role, goal, context, examples — and "ask me any questions before you start."
Models and tokens
Haiku, Sonnet, Opus, Fable, and how to stop burning your allowance on the wrong one.
Context and memory
The context window, why long chats go dumb, and the compaction trick that rescues them.
Chat vs Cowork
When each wins, and what Cowork can do to a folder of files.
Projects as AI employees
The marketing, sales and operations projects I run, and how to build yours.
Skills
Invoking them, building them by conversation, Record-a-Skill, and why three steps is the ceiling.
Connectors and MCP
What they are, what to connect first, and the prompt-injection risk nobody mentions.
Working safely
Permissions, what each Claude plan does with your data, and the free-tier clause most people have never read.
Your first week

Questions
Do I need to be technical?
No. Nothing in it requires code. If you can use email, you can do everything in this training.
Is this ChatGPT training too?
No. It's Claude-specific throughout — the model choices, the settings, Cowork, projects, skills and connectors are all Claude's. The prompting habits carry over to any tool, but the rest doesn't.
How long is it, and can I watch in pieces?
About 90 minutes, in ten chapters. Your watch page lists them, so you can do one over lunch and come back.
My company restricts AI tools.
The safety chapter covers exactly what to take to your manager — which plans train on your data, what business accounts control, and what never to paste in regardless. And to be blunt — you should be learning AI whether or not your company is ready for it. Be careful with proprietary data, but the people who get ahead over the next few years are the ones using these tools every day, at work and at home. Don't wait for permission to become good at this.
How do I get it after paying?
Instantly. The thank-you page has a Watch now button, and the same link goes to your email. It works on any device and keeps working.
